200 x 250 finished with door ajarThe brief was to construct a downstairs cloakroom from within a utility room.  A downstairs cloakroom was created from scratch for this customer who found it difficult to go upstairs in St Ives.

A space was identified downstairs next to the kitchen in the utility room  and a room was created with stud work, door frame, plaster board, all walls were skimmed inside and out, skirting board fitted and a door hung.

Once this was done a W.C. was installed with a hand basin.  A radiator was also installed.
